Ashay Kshirsagar was born in Mumbai and grew up at
foothills of Matheran. He studied photography at the renowned
Sir JJ Institute of Applied Art. Having seen the pristine beauty of nature and the trauma of war Ashay's work is insightful and inspired from life.

Ashay Kshirsagar has since photographed models and celebrities for numerous prestigious fashion magazines Elle, L'official, Verve, GQ, Ampersand, Ok, Grazia, Femina & Esthetica and has shot several campaigns for Ambuja, Arrow, Air India, Jet Airways, Damas, Malabar Gold, Marriott Group of Hotels, Unilever, Lux, Wrangler and many more.
